It’s DAY 6 (though very early Sunday morning) of our SPOKESMODEL 2014 DEBUT!

This photo shoot was part 1 of 2 of a theme that included Black, White and a pop of YELLOW. We photographed 2 models one day and 3 another day (those 3 to debut Monday night!). We loved the contrast of Olivia’s red hair to Eimile’s blonde hair and used props to accentuate that details (black umbrella for Olivia, yellow flowers for Eimile).

Set against a green country backdrop with lots of sunflare, the yellows popped and the blacks were dramatic…with pretty sunflare to accentuate. These girls were great to work with and we had a blast walking through the little village outside of Sacramento.

Meet Olivia from Ponderosa High School and Eimile from Del Oro High School…soon to start school as official Seniors of the class of TWENTY FOURTEEN:

THE INSPIRATION: Each of our models were provided visuals for their inspiration in putting together an outfit. We stressed that there was no right or wrong, only right for THEM individually to suit their taste as long as their outfit fell in this color scheme. I believe it’s important to photograph within the style of my senior—and then step it up with my inspiration and guidance with added accessories, colors, etc. Each model texted a photo of their outfit choices and we narrowed down according to what each of the other models was wearing within that particular model segment.
