SENIOR FEATURE | CLASS OF 2015

She was the most gorgeous girl in the alley that day! :) Alex has a smile and eyes that are easy to capture and it’s because she smiles from the inside. She has the sweetest heart that SHINES through her eyes! The location setting was a quaint little suburb—more like a village town—and the lighting was incredible that day. I loved this session for so many reasons!

NOTES ABOUT THIS SESSION: The “airy” feeling in the first few images was created with “back-lighting” and I loved the bounce of light all around Alex—with everything (including her gold shoes) being light except her hair and that gorgeous royal/navy dress. The bricks photographed almost “salmon/pink” because of that filtering light. When she changed into her grey sweater and denim I looked for the same tones and found them in the grey tones of the gravel and cement with greenery added for color.
