FASHION IN THE HOT SEAT THIS WEEK: DENIM!

If you’ve missed previous mentions I made to my newest social-media love, I’ll shout it out again: POLYVORE. It’s a great site that I visited for a single purpose in mind early in the summer and that was to create fashion sets for my spokesmodels to give them some inspiration for the looks we were wanting to create this season.

Well that little visit erupted into a full-blown love for creating fashion sets for my seniors for various sessions. I’ve shared a few of those sets on the blog but will be featuring specific fashion trends and styles for seniors as well as families/guys/kids in the following months to come.

Starting with: DENIM.

It’s an awesome staple to any photo shoot because it’s a great fabric that can be dressed UP or dress DOWN, depending on what you combine it with. Everyone has their favorite pair of jeans and I absolutely encourage my clients to include their favorite pair for one of their outfits. A twist on that favorite pair of jeans is denim in the form of skirts, dresses and shorts as well as vests and jackets.

I’ve created FOUR sets below that are CASUAL yet classy and a few are a bit more dressy simply because of the shoes and/or accessories. It’s important to incorporate your own style and that’s easy to do with colors you love, shoe styles you adore and accessories that you think are simply fabulous.
