SENIOR FEATURE | CLASS OF 2015

She’s one of our 2015 Models and THIS is her official senior session! Choosing my favorites was a difficult task because I loved so many of Natalie’s images. Her eyes are so gorgeous and her smile is amazing — she’s definitely easy to photograph.

Natalie’s mom was an amazing “assistant” (in addition to Tori who assisted with lighting). Melissa was right there with each of her changes of clothing and accessories and props! I love it when mom gets involved and is in sync with the whole shoot! I loved this location too—as well as Natalie’s looks. She LOVES to sing so incorporating her guitar into the shoot was a definite yes.

A FEW NOTES ABOUT THIS SESSION: This location had a variety of options and looks, ranging from gorgeous stone work to fences plus greenery and a dry field to use for the guitar setting. Usually I’ve seen the clothing before the shoot and know the location well — but sometimes I see the clothing on the day of the shoot (as in this case) and I immediately go into creative mode matching and contrasting colors, textures, styles, looks. This area was a photographer’s dream and we shot the entire session in one location, still getting this awesome variety. The sunflower was an AWESOME pop of color in 2 different looks!
