If you’ve been following me on Instagram, you’ve heard the news: my daughter Tori is ENGAGED to her best-friend from high school!

Tori and Nathanael have known each other since freshman year – they’ve been true “besties” for over 10 years. They’ve helped each other through trials, heart-breaks, good-times and growth-years! And on October 14, 2018, they’re say “I do” to each other for the rest of their lives!

We’ve hired an amazing photgrapher-team for the wedding day so that Don and I can truly be the “mother and father of the bride” without having to stress about getting every single shot and detail, so I had to get my “fix” by taking their engagement photos!

We did a “mini” session for their “Save the Date” cards, but planned a “full” official engagement session to San Francisco last week. Their “first official date” (the year after high-school graduation) was at Pier 39 — so of course we included that in our day!

Tori also wanted “beach photos” in a white dress so we went to Baker’s Beach in the San Francisco Bay as well.

Location #3 was at Union Square to include the “city life” feel of San Francisco, including the iconic Transamerica Pyramid in the background and a stop at a gelato bistro in the Italian District.
